Limit of Indemnity

AUD $500,000 any one claim and in all including cost & expenses plus an automatic reinstatement.

Territorial Limits

Commonwealth of Australia.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The law of Australia shall govern this Policy and the parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in the Commonwealth of Australia with respect of any dispute or difference arising.

Extensions

1. Negligence or Breach of Duty of Care
2. Negligent Misstatement or Negligent Misrepresentation
3. Infringement of Intellectual Property Rights including copyright, patent, registered design right or breach or misuse of confidential information
4. Defamation, Libel & Slander
5. Loss of or damage to Documents
6. Present or Former Principals & Employees
7. Appointed Sub-Consultants
8. Dishonesty of any employee, but excluding any Claim resulting from the dishonest, fraudulent, criminal or malicious acts or omissions committed after the Insured discovered, or could reasonably have discovered or suspected, improper conduct by the employee. No indemnity will be provided to any person committing or condoning any dishonest, fraudulent, malicious or criminal acts or omissions.

Excess

NIL each and every claim costs exclusive.

2. Trading Losses and Insolvency
3. Fines, Penalties & Damages
4. Nuclear Risks
5. USA & Canada
6. Loss of Magnetic or Electrical Media
7. Directors & Officers Liability
8. Fraud, Dishonesty or Criminal Act
9. Cyber Liability and Social Engineering

Limit of Indemnity

Choice of Limits of between AUD $5,000,000 and AUD $20,000,000 any one Occurrence or series of Occurrences arising out of any one cause and in all during the Period of Insurance.
