Public/Products Liability

Provides your company with protection against Injury and/or Damage occurring in connection with the Business during the Period of Insurance and within the Territorial Limits.

Limit of Indemnity

Choice of Limits of between AUD $5,000,000and AUD $20,000,000 any one Occurrence or series of Occurrences arising out of any one cause and in all during the Period of Insurance.

Territorial Limits

Commonwealth of Australia.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The law of Australia shall govern this Policy and the parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in the Commonwealth of Australia with respect of any dispute or difference arising.
