Professional Indemnity

Protects the Insured against civil liability for compensation & costs arising from any claim made within the territorial limits and within the period of insurance arising out of a breach of professional duty.

Limit of Indemnity

Choice of Limits of AUD $1,000,000, AUD $2,000,000, AUD $5,000,000 OR AUD $10,000,000. The LIMIT OF INDEMNITY is to be applied as an aggregate limit in respect of all CLAIMS arising from one or the same source or originating cause. One Reinstatement of the Limit of Indemnity automatically included.

Territorial Limits

Worldwide excluding USA and Canada and their dominions or protectorates.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The law of Australia shall govern this Policy and the parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in the Commonwealth of Australia with respect of any dispute or difference arising.

Protects the Insured against Bodily Injury and/or Property Damage from any claim made within the territorial limits and within the period of insurance
