Professional Indemnity

Protects your company against civil liability for compensation & costs arising from any claim made during the policy period arising out of a breach of professional duty.

Limit of Indemnity

AUD $5,000,000 any one claim and in all including cost & expenses plus an automatic reinstatement.

Territorial Limits

Commonwealth of Australia

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The law of Australia shall govern this Policy and the parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in the Commonwealth of Australia with respect of any dispute or difference arising.

Extensions
  1. Negligence or Breach of Duty of Care
  2. Negligent Misstatement or Negligent Misrepresentation
  3. Defamation, Libel & Slander
  4. Loss of or damage to Documents
  5. Appointed Sub-Consultants
  6. Dishonesty of Insured Persons, but excluding any Claim resulting from the dishonest, fraudulent, criminal or malicious acts or omissions committed after the Insured discovered, or could reasonably have discovered or suspected, improper conduct by the employee. No indemnity will be provided to any person committing or condoning any dishonest, fraudulent, malicious or criminal acts or omissions.
Excess

NIL each and every claim costs exclusive.

  1. Previously known claims or circumstances
  2. Trading Losses and Insolvency
  3. Fines, Penalties & Damages
  4. Liability involving Transport or Property Owned by the Insured
  5. Infringement of Intellectual Property Rights
  6. Nuclear Risks
  7. USA & Canada
  8. Loss of Magnetic or Electrical Media
  9. Directors & Officers Liability
  10. Fraud, Dishonesty or Criminal Act
  11. Cyber Liability and Social Engineering
Public & Products Liability

Provides your company with protection against Injury and/or Damage occurring in connection with the Business during the Period of Insurance and within the Territorial Limits.

Limit of Indemnity

Choice of Limits of either AUD $10,000,000 or AUD $20,000,000 any one Occurrence or series of Occurrences arising out of any one cause and in all during the Period of Insurance.
